ATENGBLE ISAAC KOMLA was born at Anfoega in the volta region of Ghana. He was educated at the Nkawkaw- Nusuta L.A. primary and Midddle schools, Normal Technical Secondary School – Koforidua a private school, Accra Polytechnic now Technical University of Accra and University of Education, Winneba – Kumasi Campus now AAMUSTED. He was recruited into the teaching profession as a superintended non – professional teacher, technical grade and was posted to Mafi Wute DA/RC JHS in September 1998. In 2002, he went to undertake Certificate in Education Course and become a professional teacher.
He was appointed form master and later the head of department in 2014 and remained in this position to date. Between 2015 and 2017 he happened to be among the selected few who were trained in Diploma in Education Competency Based Training (CBT) option which is now the lesson delivery mode in Technical Institutes in Ghana and other countries.
The discipline nature of the HOD together with his rich experience has been manifesting in students’ performance in the final examinations. Currently he is on the rank of principal tutor/ facilitator with GTVET.
He is also a licence holder of Energy Commission – Certified Electrical Wiring Professional. This licence allows him to undertake Electrical installation work in Domestic and Commercial facilities.
